HGV LOADING BAYS Map

On 9th January 2022, West Sussex Highways implemented the LBP Community Highway Scheme to reduce obstructions and improve safety across the business park.

The Community Highway Scheme introduced three HGV loading areas onto the business park, with one hour waiting restrictions to provide waiting areas for 5 HGVs at a time. This measure has been designed to remove the need for HGVs to wait on pavements and junctions, therefore improving safety for both pedestrians and motorists. 

We ask that all HGV delivery drivers please help keep the business park safe by parking in these HGV loading bays whilst waiting to deliver to sites on the park. Please can drivers also help us to keep the park clean by using the public rubbish bins at Site 1 and opposite Site 3. Thank you
