LBP BIG CLEAN
This year's LBP Big Clean was delivered on Saturday 30th December 2023 to provide a clean environment for businesses to start 2024.
The weather was really kind to us and managed to stay dry right up until the moment we finished for the day.
LBP would like to thank businesses for their wonderful support in clearing the park of so many vehicles again this year. Unfortunately three vehicles not linked to the park, obstructed the cleaning of Blenheim Road and LBP are working with the AWCS Team to try again once these vehicles have been cleared. There were also two vans not linked to the park, obstructing the cleaning of Marlborough Road bend opposite the Car Park. LBP will continue monitoring these vehicles and aim to clear them as soon as possible to free up parking for businesses on the park.
The Team did their best to work round these vehicles to provide a comprehensive deep clean of all the public highways across the business park.
LBP would also like to thank Mike Nea of CJS Landscapes Ltd for his hard work on the day, along with Kurt, Richard, and Wayne from the Adur & Worthing Council Services Team pictured below.

NATIONAL BBC NEWS COVERAGE
One of LBP’s key priorities is to raise the profile of Lancing Business Park and the businesses who are based here. As a result of LBP’s promotional work, we have now developed a relationship with the BBC’s Economic News Crew.
LBP worked with Faisal Islam, the BBC News Crew and LBP businesses to facilitate two days of filming on the park. This resulted in four LBP businesses being featured on the 10th November 2023 National BBC News, across their 1pm, 6pm and 10pm slots.

2023 BID BALLOT
After eight months of consultation, preparation, partnership working and campaigning, LBP are very pleased to announce the 2023 LBP BID Ballot was a resounding success, securing a 4th LBP BID Term.
96.9% of BID Levy Payers who voted in the 2023 ballot were in favour of progressing to our 4th BID Term, with 99.3% of the aggregated Rateable Value also in favour and a 51.9% overall turnout.
Damian Pulford, Lancing Business Park BID Chairman said:
"This is excellent news and the BID is grateful for all the support received. Your support has enabled LBP to continue to provide BID services and help develop our clean, safe, accessible and connected working environment. We look forward to working together during our 4th BID Term for all our benefit."
The 4th BID Term commenced on 1st September 2023 and will run until 31st March 2028.
