Members have raised concern regarding vehicles travelling at speed around the business park and the associated risks this causes.

Lancing Business Park is a very busy, thriving business park with a large number of HGV, van and car movements; along with cyclist and pedestrians navigating the park every day.

Please can all businesses, staff, visitors and delivery drivers help us to keep the business park safe, by applying a 20mph limit whilst travelling around the park.

Reducing the speed of vehicles on the business park will substantially reduce risks and incidents on the park, helping businesses to prosper in a safe business environment.
