We do.....and we use security audit technology to let you know. Security Patrols are a highly visible and effective deterrent to help protect your building and assets. Our patrol officers make ad-hoc visits to your site on a frequency which suits your needs and budget. As well as being a physical presence, they are always on the lookout for signs of forced entry, fire and flood threats, open doors and windows, vandalism and graffiti. We are trained to look out for the unusual and work with you to keep your people and property safe and secure.

Give us a call on 01903 890261 and find out how we can help with security patrols, key holding and alarm response, locking and unlocking buildings, security officers, escorted site access and vacant property inspections.

    Clear Your Clutter!

Donate your unwanted items and help raise vital funds for disabled veterans

Lancing Business Park’s chosen charity for 2017 is

The Queen Alexandra Hospital Home (QAHH) in Worthing where they care for physically disabled ex-Servicemen and women.

The charity receives no regular Government funding and needs to raise over £1.3 million this year to continue their vital care.

You can support them simply by donating your unwanted items for their pop-up charity shop stalls which raise thousands of pounds every year.

They need books, DVDs, bric-a-brac, garden equipment, clothes, shoes, jewellery, handbags, toys/games, household items & small furniture.

(Sorry they can take large pieces of furniture or electrical items)

All items need to be clean and in good order.

Why not clear out your clutter and support this vital local charity.

What’s more you don’t even have to take the items to a charity shop as they will collect from LBP.  To donate simply take one or more bags home, fill it up and then bring it to work and QAHH will come and collect it from LBP on Tuesday 27th June.

    Thank You!

Coastal West Sussex Partnership News in Brief. This seasons newsletter will give you a brief summary of activities happening across the area.

    2017 Forecast

The Agent for the Bank of England, Andrew Holder presented a positive forecast for the economy at his address to the CWS Board and other business guests at his address in March FULL REPORT

    Local Developments in CWS
This month we take a look at the Rampion Developments in Coastal West Sussex...

    Rampion Wind Farm

One of the most eagerly awaited milestones for the Rampion
project was achieved in March, the installation of the first
offshore wind turbine. The turbine, located approximately 14
kilometres from shore and visible on the horizon, is the first of
the 116 MHI Vestas V112-3.45 megawatt (MW) models that will
together make up the south coast’s first wind farm.

The installation of turbines will carry on from now until late 2017,
when all the turbines are expected to be in place.

This type of sustainable energy fits with the UK Governments Approach to Global Goals for Sustainable Development which was released in March 2017.

Major facelift for Shoreham Beach gateway
The Ferry Road entrance to Shoreham Beach Local Nature Reserve will receive a much-needed facelift after Rampion agreed to fund a landscaping scheme to enhance this important footpath, which directly links Shoreham Town Centre to the beach via the pedestrian ferry bridge. The work will aim to ensure beachgoers have a positve welcome as they arrive at the beach, with a view of the wind farm straight ahead.
