Why should I employ a Degree Apprentice?
|
The programme provides the Degree Apprentice with University and business experience. The Degree Apprentice is employed by the business and attends the University on a weekly basis.
The two programmes develop practical IT and management skills together with essential project management, interpersonal and business skills. No fees are paid by the Degree Apprentice.
The Degree Apprenticeship programme integrates academic learning and on-the-job practical training so that students graduate with the experience that employers really need.
