South Coast Gym would like to say a special thanks to all the businesses and employees on the business park, who sponsored and supported this year's Lancing's Strongest.

This year the event managed to raise £1,700 to be divided between two charities, The Matt Ratana Rugby Foundation and Veterans Lifeline.

It was an amazing weekend with competitors coming from all over the South of England.
