Welcome to Lancing Business Park.

As 2017 draws to a close, we look back at the continued development and success of Lancing BID, with excellent progress on all of the business park projects. I would like to say thank you to the Committee for all the personal time they have donated for the good of the business park and its members. I would also like to say a special thank you and farewell to our amazing Business Park Co-ordinator, as Linda will be retiring at the end of this year. Linda has been instrumental in the success and development of the BID over the past five years, for which I am personally very grateful. I am pleased to announce that Suzy Bastable will be joining us on the 8th January 2018 and more details will be announced early in the New Year.

I feel this is also an ideal opportunity to announce that I am stepping down as Chairman of Lancing Business Park, a role I have thoroughly enjoyed over the past 10 years. With the expansion of my business often taking me overseas and my recent house move to Cheshire, it is appropriate for me to hand the batten over to my Deputy Chairman, Damian Pulford from Sussex Transport, until the AGM on the 8th March 2018, when the Chairman’s position will be up for election.

I would just like to take this opportunity to wish everyone on Lancing Business Park a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year.

Best Regards

Michael Punter
